THE REMOTE MIXING PROCESS
How does it work?
1. Just get in touch, discuss what needs to be done, and send your tracks over.
2. After listening to the tracks a calculation will be made and you will get an offer. ( It depends on the number of tracks and work hours that need to be done how long it's going to take and what the costs will be.) You can decide if it works for you or not.
3. If the deal is on a 50% deposit is required for first-time clients prior to mixing.
4. After doing the mixing in his home studio in Utrecht the Netherlands, Viktor will send you the tracks in your desired file format.
5. You receive your tracks and check that you’re happy with the quality of the mix.
6. For first-time clients, Viktor will send an invoice for the remaining 50% (or just the full invoice for repeat customers).
7. You provide payment.

RECORDING
THE REMOTE RECORDING PROCESS
Professional-quality saxophone, clarinet,EWI, or flute recording, without studio or engineer fees…
How does it work?
1. You decide whether you want Tenor - saxophone/clarinet/flute/a section, EWI (electric wind instrument) or something exotic like Bansuri or the Hungarian Tilinko or any combination of those, on your track.
2. You get in touch for a quote (you’ll need to send your track over at this point. The file format doesn’t matter too much - MP3 is fine. WeTransfer or Dropbox are useful here if the file size is too large for email). No problem if you’re not totally sure what you want to have played on the track - it can be discussed, and you’re welcome to suggest references to other tracks with sounds/vibes that you think might work, or you can send full, written out arrangements. It’s all good.
3. For first-time clients, once the performance style/content and fees have been agreed upon, Viktor will send an invoice for a 50% deposit payment prior to recording.
4. Once the deposit has been received, the recording will commence as soon as possible. Like an ordinary recording session, input from the client is welcome during the session and this can be arranged by joining Viktor over Skype if desired. Depending on availability, you may have your track back within an hour, or it may take a few days. Viktor will always let you know the turnaround time when liaising initially.
5. You receive your tracks and check that you’re happy with the quality of performance.
6. For first-time clients, Viktor will send an invoice for the remaining 50% (or just the full invoice for repeat customers).
7. You provide payment.
